Refund policy

1. Service Nature Deckorae Studio provides digital design and strategic advisory services. Due to the custom nature of our work and the expertise involved, refunds are governed by the specific policies outlined below for each service category.

2. Deck Audits (Rapid Review Service)

• Cancellation Window: You may request a full cancellation and refund strictly within 2 hours of making the payment.

• Non-Refundable Policy: After this 2-hour window has passed, our team begins the review process. Consequently, the service will no longer be eligible for a refund under any circumstances once this time has elapsed.

3. Design Services (Pitch Decks & Sales Decks)

• Advance Payment: All custom design projects (Pitch Decks, Sales Decks, and Presentations) require a 50% advance payment of the selected package value to book the slot and initiate the project.

• Non-Refundable Deposit: This 50% advance payment is non-refundable once the work has officially commenced.

• Exceptions: Any exception to this non-refundable policy (due to unforeseen circumstances or project cancellation) is at the sole discretion of Deckorae Studio and will only be considered if discussed and mutually decided otherwise by both involved parties in writing.

4. Processing Timeline If a refund is approved based on the criteria above, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment (Source Account).
